Team Quest Athletic Center was founded by UFC veteran Jared Vanderaa and his wife Lauren Silva with one mission: to create a gym where families, beginners, and fighters can all thrive under real, experienced leadership.
Jared brings elite‑level experience from the UFC, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu, while Lauren brings professional oversight through her work with the California Athletic Commission and leadership in the United States Fight League.
Together, they’ve built more than a gym — they’ve built a community focused on confidence, discipline, safety, and respect, on and off the mats.
